Employee – Add New

Employee  Open the Employee Register from the Dashboard.

New Employee

 

1. Select ‘New’ on the toolbar.

2. Enter a First and Last Name and select OK to save.

The ‘Employee Detail’ screen. Complete as much information as required.

1. Title & Group

2. Address

3. Contact Details

4. Sub Contractor – Check if applicable

5. Licence Details

6. Start Date

7. Payroll Code

8. Notes

Employee created!
Employee Training, Recurring Reminders, Accidents, Medicals, Diary pages, Equipment Issues, Mass loads and Scans are entered into their respective modules/registers.
